Bless others with your blessings

Have you ever went on a mission to find someone who needs your help? In any way. Whether that be at your local grocery store. Maybe someone can’t reach something off a shelf and you get it for them? Or even just saw an elderly person finishing up putting their groceries the car and you notice that the cart is now empty and you take it from them to put it away?

These are the things that I think we should be looking for. Scavenger hunting for people who need you to be their blessing that day.

For one day, I encourage every person that is reading this to go on a mission. Go do one act of kindness. Or 2  or 3. I guarantee you won’t want to stop blessing people. What you don’t know is one little gesture or one helping hand, or even a nice comment can do something so amazing.

Sometimes people need to know that we understand the messiness that life can just randomly throw on us. For example, who has days where you wake up late because you snoozed your alarm 5 times too many and are like, YEP, this is going to be an awful day. I can already tell, I woke up late, had to rush into work, I dropped coffee on my shirt on my way in and now my day is DESTROYED. That was definitely me this morning!

I could have easily let that throw my entire day off. But instead I totally got to work saying, I am not letting something so petty take away my beautiful day that God has given me. I will embrace this day and I will bless people with it!

I’m coming to understand that NO ONE can steal your joy except for you! You are the one stealing your joy! Until you stop letting little things stager your happiness, you will continue to live a negative life. God says to keep your focus on Him and you will notice the little blessings He gives you every second of everyday! Instead of complaining, pray that God gives you a better perspective on life that day. Ask him for him to transform your attitude into gratitude!
